Our Terms and Conditions of Sale

At Classic British styles our stock is checked regularly and 90% of items are in stock.
However due to exchanges some items may not be. If your item is not in stock we will ring or email you offering an alternative this can be a colour or style. If you do not wish to take an alternative we will refund the item within 48 hours. If we cannot get hold of you an automatic refund will be given. This can take up to 10 working days after placing the order. All items can take up to 7 days to be despatched and 3 days for delivery we send you an email when the order has gone through and a second email when the items are being despatched. Items we do not have in stock are MADE TO ORDER items such as Bras, Corselettes and Girdles. These items can take up to 7 days to get to our warehouse. When ordering these items if you order more than one we will contact you if you have not had the style before we will only send one out until we know the style is suitable. From the 26/1/12 ALL bras from makes Silhouette ,Royce and Naturana will be NON refundable this is due to the item being made to order and we cannot re sell it. However we will still offer you an exchange as long as the item is back within 14 days of you receiving the item. Incontinence underwear CANNOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons the items CAN be exchanged as long as they are sent back in original packaging unused.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the amount of returns we are receiving back in an unsaleable condition from the 15/1/12 . All returns and exchanges must be sent back in original condition in original packaging,unworn with labels/tickets and folded any sent back without packaging or in an unsaleable condition will NOT be refunded and will be emailed to confirm this. Items can qualify for refund as long as they are sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving the item. Items can be exchanged as long as they are sent back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. If you are sending an item back for a refund or an exchange please send the item to:

For a REFUND please include your order reference number from the original order,name and state you would like a refund for your item(s) and explain the reason. Once we get the item back we will refund your account within 14 working days. We will email you when we have refunded to confirm this. For and EXCHANGE please include your order reference number from the original order name and telephone number. Also put the new size,item number and colour for the new item you are requesting for. Please allow us up to 14 days for us to receive your item back and for you to receive the new item. FAULTY RETURNS all items which are faulty need to be sent back with original invoice sent with a detailed description of the fault. Once we get the item back the item will go through our faults department if we agree with the fault we shall refund your account within 48 hours and also refund your original postage paid to cover the cost of sending the item back. If your order only had one item and this is faulty please ring 01773769033 for a returns bag we will send you a bag with 3 £1 pound stamps and a sheet to fill in. We do not have pre paid return labels as we are a small company and cannot afford to do so.

POSTAGE is none refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.


If you have not received your parcel within 5 days please ring 01773769033 with your order reference number so that your parcel can be traced. Any returns sent back which we do not receive you must trace through the royal mail as you are the sender. We do not refund or exchange items that do not arrive back at our returns address. When placing an order PLEASE fill your details out carefully we copy the address written if you have given us a wrong postcode or address and the item is undelivered you will have to pay delivery again. We do not share your details with any other company so if possible when placing an order please give a telephone number or an email in case we need to contact you about your order. Customers who wish to place an order not online can telephone on 01773 769033 This line is open Monday-Friday 10am-4pm If we are not available please leave a message with your name and number and we will contact you on our return. When ordering over the phone please have the item number of the items you wish to order ready.

All orders under £30.00
have a £3.50 DELIVERY charge which is NON REFUNDABLE.

All orders under £70.00 have a £4.00 DELIVERY charge which is NON REFUNDABLE.

Any orders which have qualified for free delivery, if all items are returned a delivery charge will be taken from the amount refunded as the free delivery no longer qualifies.


All international orders are being sent from the 30/1/12 SIGNED FOR. International orders cannot get a refund, only an exchange for their items due to the time limit. International orders can take up to 7 days to be despatched and 25 days to be delivered. Any lost international orders will be searched after 25 days of you not receiving the item. If the item cannot be found we will claim back the lost parcel and issue an investigation after this we will re send your order if nothing is found. Air mail prices are rising and due to this our international pricing will be increasing. Any returns sent back is your responsibility we do not exchange items which have not been received at the UK returns address. Our advice is to send back returns signed for.
