Terms and Conditions
For a refund or Exchange please send the Parcel to classic british styles, 8 knowle hill ,Kimberley, Nottingham, ng16 2pz and allow 14 working days for a refund or the new items to be delivered.
We do not send return bags unless the item is faulty or we have sent out an alternative without consulting you this does not effect your rights.
Once a parcel has been despatched we will send you a tracking number you can search the progress of your parcel by going on the royal mail website through track and trace.
If a parcel has not been delivered we do not hold responcibility but please ring 01773 769033 so we can ring the royal mail and issue a complaint. we do not send a replacement out until an investigation into the parcels disappearance has been complete.
For foreign orders we do not hold responsibility and once they have left the UK we cannot track them we will not send a replacement until we have claimed the item back which could take up to 2 months. We always issue our foreign parcels with a returns label so if it doesn’t find you it comes back to us. We do not track a parcel if it’s at your nearest depo.
We are happy to refund an item as long as it has been sent back in the original condition within 14 days.
Anything sent back after 14 days will be issued with an exchange.
